Hunter secured the tender to refurbish a Pharmaceutical HQ building, in Deeside Clywd
The Problem
A high performing footsie 100 Company, who were working from a tired 1980’s building. They desired an uplift to best express their high performing image in the marketplace.
The Solution
The Corporate business desire was to improve their HQ appearance and they employed Hunter to devise multiple designs to express vitality and energy. Multiple Architectural schemes were presented.
Hunter was to provide a Turnkey Design and Build solution to meet their brief. Hunter changed the elevations with the latest Cladding and Glazing materials. In addition, all external services, such as lighting, signage and pathways were removed, and then reinstated to a new design. This project took the form of a Design & Build and was valued at £1.5M.
Achievements
Once a design had been agreed, Hunter secured Planning Permission with Clwyd County Council on behalf of their customer.
This project was completed in April 2022. It took 10 months to complete and was completed during the Pandemic. Challenges appeared as Covid 19 hit northern Europe.
