The Problem
There was a business need to provide a new Laboratory facility for testing fuel additives for major oil vendors
The Solution
To take a sixties derelict single storey office and use it and the surrounding area to build a new laboratory. This project involved planning applications from the local government offices. This project involved design and liaison with on site groups to compile the specification and solutions needed for the business.
Achievements
The design, drawings and planning applications were well received and successful, this all led to the construction by Hunter. A feature of this project was that the detail design ran in parallel to the construction. The corporate business invited it’s premier customers of Shell and BP to the opening. The corporate compiled a marketing video of the acting practises of this Laboratory, and this has been displayed to their many clients.
